NAR's Clear Cooperation Policy is a mandatory policy change that all REALTOR Associations and MLSes must begin abiding by on May 1, 2020. The policy itself is a change in treatment of off-MLS listings.
CRMLS has released a flyer that explains a summarized version of the changes, which you can view here. The total action plan and how CRMLS members will be instructed to handle off-MLS listings, will be announced when it is approved.
