The November 2020 local market reports and buyer's guide statistics for Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and 29 Palms are now available. You'll note a continued low inventory in all areas, extremely low days on market (in the single digits in two of the three major market areas) and a list-to-sell price ratio of 100% being reported across the board. Home sales are at at least 20% higher than usual for the time of year, and listings on the market nearly 50% lower than this time last year.
