LISTING CARAVAN SUBMISSION

JTGAR Listing Caravans are free to submit listings to for JTGAR REALTOR members, and listings are accepted from non-members for a $35 administrative fee, which will be billed after the caravan is confirmed.  Yucca Valley caravans are every other Friday unless rescheduled, Joshua Tree is scheduled monthly on a Tuesday, and 29 Palms, Landers, Morongo Valley and Pioneertown are scheduled on a case by case basis.  Agents meet at a centralized location (usually the caravan chair's office) to discuss listings and then go together to each listing in order of the final published list which is emailed out to all agents and posted on the MLS splash screen prior to the caravan date. 

Please fill out the following fields completely to submit a property for caravan.  Listings are taken in order received, with one listing per unique agent accepted until the minimum of seven listings and no more than ten is collected.  The minimum is to ensure caravan is a worthwhile use of time for all agents committing to attend.
